A very late night at the office and too tired to cook. We have a twelve hour turnaround for an event in the morning. Luckily Szechuan Palace is open late.
I will have to do less foraging for meals now that I have a small fully stocked fridge in my office. Turkey sandwich.
Again with the oatmeal. I sense a pattern.
Recipe:
1/2 cup Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup water
Instructions:
Place oats and water in microwave safe dish. Microwave on high for five minutes. Transfer to serving bowl. Garnish with brown sugar and half and half to taste.
A handful “Simply Almonds, Cashews & Cranberries Trek Mix” from my desk drawer via Trader Joe’s.
