Fundraising meeting at S’Bistro. At my table were three chefs who are designing our fundraising dinner. The dinner conversation was the most interesting part of the evening. I missed the appetizers cause I had another meeting, but made it in time for the wine. I shared a bottle with Chef Kevin.
The dinner was great. I had the stuffed prawns over risotto. Sides were mixed vegetables topped with a nice beurre blanc. The wine was fun, a merlot from Napa. Chefs are interesting dinner companions.
Chef Owner Brian came out to say hello and donated a gift certificate for our fundraiser.
