Blue Fin again for lunch. This time I had the chicken bowl. While I liked the grilled smokiness of the chicken I found the sauce too salty for my taste.

Decided to try Blue Fin for lunch. I had the katsu donburi which is a sort of pork cutlet omelet. It tasted how it should (not always the case here in Phoenix) and came with wonderful service. Light rail construction makes it difficult to get to, but it is worth the gymnastics.
Recommended.
