Restaurant Hifumi is was an old favorite. We came just for the tonkatsu (Japanese style pork cutlet). It seems to be under new ownership and the food is just not the same. The dishes were fine with the wafu scallops being recommended by my table mates. I was disappointed with the tonkatsu. You can never go home again…
