I grew up just down the road from this noodle factory. Later on they added a steam buffet. This is old timey comfort food for me.

Blue Fin again for lunch. This time I had the chicken bowl. While I liked the grilled smokiness of the chicken I found the sauce too salty for my taste.

Kyoto Bowl for a quick meal. It is hot and tasty and ready in two minutes. Takes a few more to wolf it down.

Driving back from Tombstone we stop near Tucson for third meal. We chose Mantis which was a mistake. The service was bad as was the food. The chef was apologetic, but not about the food.
