First Meal - organic pumpkin pie

I should clarify. The pumpkin was organic as were the eggs and milk/cream. The sugar was processed white, because I prefer that taste in pie over organic brown sugar. The spices were not organic nor was the crust. And I used Crisco to grease the pie pan.
