I tried making this the other day - black mushroom and tofu in garlic brown sauce. I will leave it for the professionals.
I like this place. Had just a few minutes to eat before a meeting. The food is good, service is friendly, and the chef is fast.

Third Meal - crappy Chinese in Tucson

Driving back from Tombstone we stop near Tucson for third meal. We chose Mantis which was a mistake. The service was bad as was the food. The chef was apologetic, but not about the food.
