Foraging for second meal, I find a sourdough english muffin, spinach, red peppers, and turkey.
Recipe:
1 sourdough english muffin.
1 hand full of spinach from a bag of spinach. (Helpful hint: you can purchase spinach already washed and sliced. Cool, huh?)
2 ounces red bell pepper slices
3 slices processed and pressed turkey meat from the deli
